3. Non-Refundable Situations

Unused Plans: Purchased plans that remain unused are non-refundable and will expire as per the terms of your plan.
Job Application Outcome: We do not guarantee job placements, and we are not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers. Refunds will not be issued based on the success or outcome of a job application.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date, providing your transaction ID and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your case and notify you of the refund decision within 5-10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
5. Payment Provider Policies
Refunds may be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal). Any transaction fees or processing costs incurred during the purchase may not be refundable, depending on the provider's policy.
