Responsibilities:

  • Handle FIT/GIT bookings
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with airlines, overseas suppliers etc
  • Coordinate with airlines and issuing of Air-Tickets
  • Coordinate and confirm land and hotel arrangements
  • Generate budget, invoices and exchange orders
  • Support Product Executive/Manager in all ways
  • Assisting in doing Sales kit

 

Requirements:

  • Only for Singaporean
  • 3 years of relevant experiences in Travel Industry with knowledge of Abacus/Sabre - Ticketing
  • Good knowledge of tour products and tour leading
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong sense of initiative and teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Mandarin - in order to liaise with Chinese speaking client
