Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to inquiries through phone calls / email / Wechat / WhatsApp to understand our clients travel needs, conduct regular travel company daily operations.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance with air ticket, hotel reservations, visas, and travel advice in a professional and efficient manner
  • Create, plan, and quote travel itineraries for corporate clients
  • Booking and issue air tickets, arrange Land tours, transportations, accommodations for corporate clients.
  • Manage bookings, issue invoices, and handle travel insurance.
  • Interacts with airline sales, hoteliers, local and oversea travel agents.
  • Follows company procedures, guidelines and standards in building productivity, accuracy of work and punctual attendance.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient and fluent in Mandarin and English (as need to liaise with Mandarin client speaking)
  • Minimum GCE ‘O' Level & above, preferably Diploma in Tourism and hospitality. IATA/UFTAA certificate would be an advantage.
  • Must be team oriented, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in the Travel and hospitality Industry is preferred, Knowledge of Global Reservation System (GDS) will be an added value.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and good with social media (marketing)
