Sleep Space is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive knowledge of the mattress and bedding industry, ready to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find their ideal sleep solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding products that best meet their needs.
• Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features to enhance the customer experience.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets, earning additional commission.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mattress and bedding industry.
• Proven sales track record and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of mattress types, features, and benefits.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
