Job Description:
Khun Thai Tea Malaysia is looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at KSL City Mall, Johor Bahru. This position is ideal for someone with experience in milk tea or bubble tea preparation and customer service, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve milk tea and bubble tea drinks according to company standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, greeting customers and taking orders accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and equipment.
• Manage cash transactions and handle POS systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a milk tea or bubble tea shop.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and adapt to busy periods.
