Production Engineer / Test Engineer

POSITION 1 : PRODUCTION ENGINEER - SYSTEM INTEGRATION 

Responsibilities:

• To establish step by step manufacturing processes (Lot-Traveler creation) to improve work efficiency and enhance product quality for new project
• To analyze and manage non-conforming parts on the production line, collaborating with the Purchasing and QA departments to resolve the claiming process with the supplier
• Updating in-house documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Proactively coordinating with production teams, monitoring progress and adjusting schedules as needed to meet delivery deadlines
• Providing training and guidance to production staff to ensure that they are proficient in system rack assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly tasks on the production line as required
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Manufacturing/Mechanical) or related discipline
• Entry or Junior level - OJT will be provided
• Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others

POSITION 2 : TEST ENGINEER 

Responsibilities:

• Managing on workflow for project transfer engineering document
• Able to conduct testing power distribution unit
• Able to complete test reports while testing power distribution unit
• Calibrating and troubleshooting equipment as required
• Evaluating all products and processes and ensuring standardization of quality assurance measures
• Able to perform the pin find testing
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ Industrial/ Mechanical) or related disciplined
• Experience in manufacturing or wire harness assembly experience is a plus
• Experience in liaising with customers
• Entry or Junior level - OJT will be provided
