• Diploma in Accountancy.
  • Strong administrative and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in accounts will be advantageous.
  • Highly motivated with a good working attitude and able to work independently.
  • Well versed in operating computer software including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Job Scope:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, he/she will be responsible for the following:

  • Monthly statement of account to customers
  • Preparation of invoices to customers
  • Checking of expenses claims and supplier invoices
  • Preparation / submission of payments via internet banking
  • Bank / Cash book management
  • Data entry for Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, Payment Vouchers and Receipt Vouchers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
