Manager, Operations (Healthcare)

Job Description

• Support the implementation of patient-driven initiatives in the department by working closely with various sections in-charge to align processes and workflows.
• Work with various sections in-charge to drive new services and to ensure revenue generation.
• Assist sections to derive and drive business case for new services.
• Maintain close supervision on financial performance and where appropriate, work with sections in-
  charge to institute strategic approaches on cost recovery and sustainable profitability.
• Responsible for the supporting the procurement related to strategic projects in compliance with procurement policies.
• Lead and manage projects as assigned - Work with sections in-charge to establish context, develop
  project plan with goals and targets, and secure approval for project, also to oversee projects from
  start to end.
• Support department through upcoming changes to major clinical systems via training, supporting infrastructural changes and formulation of new processes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant working experience.  Exposure to, or experience in healthcare financial, practical knowledge or ownership of hospital operations, and project management carry added advantages.
• Fluent in English and a have a flair for numbers.
• Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven, passionate and service oriented.
