What you'll be doing
- Oversee and coordinate all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce planning needs
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's goals and values
- Manage employee data and records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with the senior management team to strategize and execute on key people-related initiatives
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in a human resources management role, preferably in the consumer goods or food manufacturing industry
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
