Provide sophisticated calendar management for GCEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests, make good judgement and resolve any scheduling issues in the management of GCEO’s calendar to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Perform a gatekeeping role for GCEO on email inboxes and inquiries, compose and prepare correspondences.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the GCEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation, including preparation of reports and presentations, collect and prepare information for meetings, document and write minutes, maintain contact lists, and make travel arrangements etc.
Maintain an organised and efficient filling system.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including Board of Directors.
Assist to proof-read business contracts, agreements prior submitting to GCEO for approval.
Manage all aspects of GCEO’s office services.
Provide event management, personal tasks and errands support when requested.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant capacity supporting C-Suite level executives
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration. Basic legal knowledge is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Strong command of English, and good written skills
Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage as this position will be required to liaise with Business Teams in China on regular basis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
High adaptability, ability to complete high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
