*ENTRY LEVEL* 1 Year Treasury Operations (Bank) #ZC

Job Description: 

• Processing all transactions generated by Treasury Department
• Ensure booking and timely settlement of all transactions
• Maintain and reconcile bank’s cash position with Treasury
• To assist and provide support to Treasury Operations Manager on ad-hoc projects
• Ensure that all Treasury transactions are executed within the approved limit in the system
• Ensure all transactions are booked accurately and settled in a timely manner
• Monitoring and matching transactions confirmation
• Provide accurate daily Nostro reporting and daily cash flow reconciliation with treasury and FX position reconciliation
• Monitoring of transactions and liaise with customers/correspondent banks where necessary to ensure smooth processing and completion of all transactions
• Preparation and submission of regulatory reporting for Derivatives transactions (DTCC) and all other regulatory reporting necessary as per Central Bank guidelines.
• Assist in the input of customer’s transactions where necessary
• Filing and storage of transaction documents
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager
• Daily upload of all rates and entries for Market Risk & Finance department
• Participate in the UAT of various system enhancements and work with global stakeholders on system and process changes as required.
• Support the team in all audit engagements, risk reviews and process review as and when required
