Identify and evaluate fund raising plans including equity, debt, grants, and alternative financing.
Evaluate, lead or manage Merger and Acquisition (M&A) opportunities or Pre-Initial Public Offering (IPO) process to create shareholder value.
Drive forecasting and budgeting to align the finance function with the strategic vision of the business and ensuring that budgets are sustainable to match strategic goal.
Provide financial modeling techniques to identify company’s key financial performance and evaluate investment opportunities.
Identify financial risks and define strategies for risk mitigation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provide expertise tax planning, including transfer pricing, for the organization.
Identify financial and non-financial drivers of a business to drive and forecast company performance.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years in financial leadership roles, including experience with IPO processes in Singapore or other regional countries.
Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management capabilities.
In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and financial governance.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and proven ability to secure funding.
