A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Business Sales Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the sales channel managers with compliance, reporting and administration tasks, which can evolve to align with the business' strategic goals.
- Preparing Reporting
- Sales reports
- Ranking report
- New agent compliance reporting; call evaluations, nesting reports
- Handling User maintenance –
- Logins creation
- IT exceptions,
- Sparx management
- Weekly invoices review -
- Complaints/Feedback management; Archer activity maintenance, -
- Assist with Salesforce remediation case management, QA Feedback cases, -
- Callibration session co-ordination
- Call listening & reporting – compliance reviews, quality observations, verifying mark downs, EIC investigations
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar sales admin, channel support role
- Reporting experience
- Administration experience
- Computer skills relevant to the requirements of the role
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
