ACCOUNT MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Building and nurturing long-term relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs, and acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.

· Developing strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This may involve identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored strategies.

· Regularly communicating with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, provide updates on products or services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Having a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company, and being able to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.

· Working to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, as well as collaborating with sales teams to generate new business from existing clients.

· Managing contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments accordingly.

· Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics related to client accounts, preparing regular reports, and using data to drive decision-making and account strategy.

· Handling client concerns, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal resources to ensure timely resolution.

· Working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, customer support, and product development to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

· Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and internally to improve offerings and services.

· Proactively managing client satisfaction, addressing potential issues, and taking steps to ensure high levels of client retention.

· Completing administrative duties related to client accounts, such as maintaining accurate records, and managing correspondence.

· Perform other related and ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Overall, an Account Manager plays a crucial role in fostering positive and mutually beneficial relationships between the company and its clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the overall success of client accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

● Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in sales, customer service, or account management.

● Ability to analyze data and trends can be beneficial

● Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are also important qualifications for this role.
